My name is Neal,
I have been on and off the program for years now. I have seen the best
shape of my life on this program. I know it works. I do not, and can not
compare it to any other. The trouble I have is staying on. My wife is
pregnant
and I find it ever challenging to stay on a program. Currently I weigh about
300lbs...no joke... at my personal best I weighed about 215lbs...I would just
like be a normal weight again. I like to workout. I know how to eat right.
I simply need someone to help me stay on track. I live in the Decatur area.
Is there anyone out there who can help me????
