OK,one of the most important steps is setting goals. You need to not only
have your 12 week goals, but I personally think it is very important to set
weekly goals. Something that will motivate you for THIS week.
With that in mind, let's hear'em! What are you trying to get done this
week?
For me...
1) No 'cheat' meals until free day.
2) Don't get on the scales during the week.... they lie!
3) Do the treadmill as my cardio in at least 2 sessions (I tend to always do
bike).
4) Workout in the morning for at least 4 of my workouts.
