Just finished my first week ... I still can't figure out my level
5,6,7,8,9,10 ... feel like I should be going heavier to start but I
don't want to end up not being able to finish a set in the end ...
any advice or is it just trail and error
Also, I was looking for someone with my same frame and problems ...
I am 5'7 125# 20% bf and looking at me I am thin but I have a large
stomach and some love handles ... I found Anthony Ellis (1 of the
winners from the first BFL contest) who had a problem gaining weight
on another site. Now there is not much useful info on there because
he is trying to sell his course but just enough to get me
interested. I know I have to get my body fat down but also I
believe I need to be consuming more calories ... I want the same
look that he has on his week 16 photo ... has anyone paid for his
program that can tell me more or have the same weight problem ... if
his program is just loosely based on BFL with an increased eating
plan it is not worth it espically with all the free info on BFL web
site
