new with questions
I have just started the BFL challenge and I have two questions.
First, I hate my mid section and I am wondering if I can do more ab
work than the 3 days a week? Just seems like more would be better.
Can I do it on my arm workout days as well. Also, how about more
aerobic workout? I like classes at my gym but I am trying to figure
out how much I should play with the program and its rules.
