New to Group
Ron: The first time I did BFL I lost 25 fat pounds. I'm a nurse, work
night shift (7P-7A)here in Chatt. I did most of my workouts at night
(in the morning when I got off work), the weights and the cardio.
Couple times a week I would go to group cardio workout at the gym as
an interesting change of pace. As an alternate to the treadmill I
would do walking outside and got into trail walking couple times a
month. I did the six meals a day. Tried to keep my protein 80 to 100
grams. I took my food in zip lock baggies, or would take low cal cans
of veggies I could open and zap in the microwave. My last 5 pounds I
ended up having to measure my food. Would eat twice during my 12 hour
shift. Do look around for pricing on products. Here in Chattanooga
even the 2 GNC stores pricings are different. I get 42 of the 42 gm
Myoplex original for $70. I used CLA 750 and Betagen. Do watch your
water intake. While working out I drink about 1/2 gal of water. I
find that hydrates my muscles (you get a water shift and your BP can
actually go down) and I can actually push more on the machines. Hope
this helps. By the way, don't worry about actual weight loss by
scale. Your muscle weight will increase as your body fat % decreases
and that's what you want anyway. I had one of the people at the gym
check my body fat % about once a month. Steve
