Hi Ron, and welcome aboard.

As far as workout schedule, I don't believe that first thing in the morning
is absolutely necessary. I have a similar situation where I work 2 jobs, both
having 24 hour shifts, with 2 hours in between. At my primary job (fire
department) we are not able to work out until afternoon. Since I leave my house
at 05:30, working out before that just isn't going to happen! At my second job
(ambulance) I don't have the opportunity to work out while I'm on duty. Because
of this, my workout schedule is generally; Day one (fire department) 3:00 p.m.,
Day two (ambulance) 7:30 a.m., Day three (off) 9:30 a.m. The trick here is to
arrange your eating schedule in a way that works for you to work out on an empty
stomach (for maximum fat burning). This has worked well for me on two previous
challenges.

As far as supplements, I like the Myoplex Light. The powder is somewhat
cheaper where I get them, but I buy both. The pre-mix (and bars) I reserve for
those cases where I can't get to a station to make a meal. I keep one or two in
the fire engine and in the ambulance for those extremely busy days. If I can
get to a blender (and some ice) then I actually prefer the powder.

Ultimately, the best option for both questions is one that you can stick
with.

Good luck to you, and I hope you have awesome results like I have!
