I am new to the group and would certainly appreciate any info/help
that any or all of you may have to offer. I am 48 y/o, married with
grown children and reside in the Augusta area. My present weight is
232 lbs(down from 250 in June of this year)and I am 6 feet tall. My
goal is to lose weight and increase muscle. My ultimate weight is 190
lbs. I realize that it will probably take more than one 12 week cycle
to accomplish this, however I'm will to do what it takes. I do have a
few questions and would appreciate input:
Is exercising first thing in the morning imperative or can I switch
to an afternoon session (I am a nurse anesthetist working at a
hospital about 45 min from my home. I get up at 0445 and leave for
work at 0530)
Did you find that sticking to the basic food plan as described the
the BFL book was the best thing during the beginning 12 weeks?
How many of you use supplements and which do you feel are best? I
plan to utilize the Myoplex Lite supplements (powder vs premixed?)
