WOW... I think you could open your own supplements store.
If this is your first challenge, I would not take any of them. Most of them
are not going to do any good until you max out your own natural resources.
For example, if your not giving everything you have in your lifts, creatine
will do nothing for you.
Focus on doing the lifts and exercises properly. Focus on getting your diet
in line and save the supplements for next time.
The one exception I would make is if you are not taking a good multi-vitamin
I would start.
