Hello, I am new to the group here, but I decided to try BFL again &
succeed this time. I am looking for workout partner 5am in
Snellville at the LA Fitness. I need some encouragement & I hope
that this group will help with that. I am a little apprehensive
about the weight training since it has been so long since I trained
with weights & I am also afraid of unwanted skin after the
transformation. If anyone has any info., tips, or anything please
let me know.
