I am about to start the program and I have a few questions about
supplements I hope someone can answer. I started a program but
never finish it and I am left with supplements I don't know what
they do since I was just tagging along with a friend. I have
several different brands of Whey Protein including Myoplex, L-
Glutamine, Creatine, EAS Betagen, EAS HMB, SAN Full Impact Bolt
(Myoxx Cell Duplicator), SAN Fuel Injection V-12 Turbo, Body Fuel
Energy Drink w/ fat burning factors, and multivitamins ... WHAT
SHOULD I BE TAKING most of these products have similiar
ingredients ... Should I just use EAS products and if so what
products should I use (EAS products cost a little more than some
other brands and I am a little low on funds now)
Also still trying to get an exercise routine down ... no longer have
a gym membership ... I do have a weight bench and weights, total
gym, health rider ... can I still pull it off at home.
