Bill Phillips has a book out called "Eating for Life," which has a ton of
recipes that follow BFL. They include breakfast, lunch, dinner as well as
snacks, shakes and deserts (believe it or not).
There is a shop called Supplement Warehouse, near Piedmont Park, which
carries alternatives to Myoplex such as Ultramet or Lean Body. They work
just as well as Myoplex and are much more affordable than EAS products.
Just my $.02. I've been on BFL for over three years. It really made a
difference in my life.
