Cool I am starting it myself come monday (the SAC opens then). But yeah, it'd be
cool to keep each other updated on progress. I think I am all set. I am going to
try and stay away from those shakes though (they're expensive).
I tried something that actually tasted very good and is cheap and in the book.
Go to the kroger, they have the single serving non-fat flavored yogurt cups.
They are very good by themselves (I like the blueberry, vanilla, and the
cheesecake ones the best.) But there are lots of flavors. Anyways, take half the
yogurt out and put in the no-fat cottagecheese. It doesn't look very good, but
it taste all-right. Combine that with 2 or 3 sticks of celery and that is an
easy snack thing. And it is pretty cheap to. I'd say less than 50 all-together.
Also (I don't know if this is in the book) but at the Kroger they have these
whole-wheat hot dog buns. Well I get on of those, but some lowfat peanut butter
on both sides, and stick a banana in. It taste great.
You know, I just realized you probably weren't writing me. Sorry, I guess that
girl Liz forwarded this message to me.
I am a GT student also. Entering my second year of Graduate school (which really
sucks by the way.) But if you like, we can keep each other encouraged and
up-dated.
Take it easy.
By the way, my name is Zach

Hey Liz!
My name is Shawn and I'm a rising junior at Georgia Tech. I just wanna say I
totally admire your dedication to this program. Hopefully I'll start BFL by the
first week of September. I have to move into my new apartment, get groceries,
and all that good stuff. Hopefully we can stay in touch and you can let me know
how you're doing, and maybe give me some advice when I get started.
Hope to hear from ya!

(PS--I'm a girl, just to avoid any confusion with my name, lol.)

Hey ya'll!
I'm Liz! I'm 17 years old from Alpharetta, and I'm in my second
week of BFL. I'm doing great on the program and I'm already seeing
small results! This is so exciting :) Anyways, I just wanted to
make my first post. This community is awesome!
