Hi, John!

Nice to meet you:) Just because you didn't complet your previous challenge,
don't be discouraged. Just consider it as a practice couple of weeks :)
You have to be very organized on this program, which is a little harder in
the beginning. After you've done the program for a while, you know when and
what you can eat, etc. and it's not such an effort. BFL IS a great
program. Your friend that is doing Atkins will lose weight, not necessarily
fat, at a much faster rate than you, but you will be much healthier, look
better and feel better. Oh, and you won't gain 10lbs as soon as you eat a
piece of cake or some unauthorized food.

Well, if you have any questions or concerns, just post them to the board.
We will help you any way we can.

Good luck! (Oh, and AMEN on the way that society treats overweight people
comment :) )
Sara

John, Great post. First on the trainers..... Many see BFL as competition. Instead of embracing such a program and helping a person on their journey, they only...
