Good question Sherri.
I have not read the book yet, but I can say from my own experience
that you have to look for a lifestyle change. I did BFL for over 2
years with great success. I went from over 300 pounds to less than
200 and about 8% body fat. Toward the end I moved to a very
restrictive diet. I measured everything that went in my mouth. That
worked for the last 12 weeks and I hit my goals and had my
official "after" shots made. The problem was that it was so tough
and restrictive that as soon as I had the shots made, I went crazy
and completely fell off the wagon. This time around I'm sticking
with building a lifestyle that I can maintain for at least the next
50 years ;)
Good luck!
