Well, I am afraid I have to admit I am a return BFL'r that has
managed to gain back the weight I had loss with BFL and about 10 lbs
more! BFL is a lifestyle, and unless you dedicate yourself to it,
the results will not last. So, need to come to terms with my
emotional eating, determine what "illusive" payback I seem to be
getting from it and move back into the lifestyle that made me feel
and look so great. When I look at my earlier before and after pics I
am astounded how different I look after only losing 10 lbs of scale
weight. The pictures look as if I had lost 30! This time around,
will not be so bent up on what the scales say and will concentrate on
the measurements. Just bought the Eating for Life book and ready to
get back into gear. One comment on the book, I see some foods I
would never have thought "authorized" before. Was wondering if the
rest of you were also surprised and if you are eating according to
the book, or a more restricted diet?

Good question Sherri. I have not read the book yet, but I can say from my own experience that you have to look for a lifestyle change. I did BFL for over 2 ...
