Bryan,
Your body fat is already so low that you could probably reduce your
cardio to just one 20 minute HIIT session a week. I'm not familiar
with the training program you're doing now, but generally, a low
number of reps with higher weight increases strength and mass. I'm
presently doing a strength training regimen that calls for three sets
of 12, 10, and 8 reps, respectively, and three to four exercises per
body part.
I recommend you add flax seed oil to your protein mix if you're not
already. You could easily take 3 to 4 tablespoons daily without
increasing your body fat. Look for organic refrigerated oil, not
more than 120 days since the pressing date. See my recent comments
to Angela re: timing of your creatine and glutamine intake. This
will help you keep your hard-earned muscle. You might benefit from
some calorie counting for a few days, just to ensure that you're
eating enough.
