Hi Jamey,
I'm an RN working 7p - 7a at two different hospitals, so far working nights
hasn't interfered as much as working too many days and not getting my work outs
in as I would like too. In fact, I'm starting over, once again as I think my
life has settled back into routine again!
I work my days based on a 24 hour period rather than by calendar day and plan
my meals around my shifts so that I am eating my 6 meals, 1 before I go to
work (5pm), 4 at work (every 2 - 3 hours throughout the 12 hours) and 1 when I
get home (8am). On my off days, I just switch the hours back to daytime. I
find it easier to get my meals in on my working days than my off days.
Good luck!
Chris
