hi everyone i'm from singapore,
i hope i'm welcome here since there is no yahoogroup for bfl in
singapore.
i am very very keen in taking up bodybuilding and i'm not too sure if
taking bfl program will help me. i want to start right away but in
dilemma of which workout method to use.
bfl method or the many bodybuilding methods listed in the internet.
please anyone, i need help.
