Hi Paul,
I also live in the Birmingham area and I did the BFL program
back in 2000 . I had good results , lost 50 lbs and it refired my
interest in weight training . My training has taken a different
direction since then ( I've gotten into power lifting style
training ) but I still firmly believe in the basics of the plan .I
didn't care to enter the EAS contest but I used Myoplex and
creatine . If I had not done the program I probably wouldn't
have "rediscovered " my passion for weight training .
