The supplement warehouse off of amsterdam in midtown
is my favorite, very very good prices on most
supplements. Certainly way below even the so called
BFL discount with EAS. By dumbells that change I
assume your talking about the changeable kind you can
buy at sears etc? There is a block you can by that is
a bit expensive, but allows you to change rather
quickly your weight. You can see it in most body
building mags....You will definately need the ability
to change your weight because the assumption of the
program is that you will increase in strength as your
progress through the 12 weeks.
