Hey there... I am new to this... I am looking at getting started and
trying to line up everything... I have a health rider that I can do
the cardio on, but looking for the weight training stuff... I have
heard get a set of dumbells and a bench many times... When you say a
"set" of dumbells, what weights and how many would one need to get...
And do you have an idea of a good fairly cheap place to buy them? I
know that you can get a set that you can change the weight on them, or
you can buy the solid set weight kind... The adjustable would probably
be the cheapest, but I am assuming that trying to change the weight
inbetween exercises would be too time consuming and detract from the
work out...

I would also be looking for a place to get the supplements and all
of that stuff locally... It can get a little pricey when you start to
add up the cost of the initial start up costs, supplements, weights,
real food... I know that it will be VERY worth it in the long run,
but as I mentioned, just trying to get it all lined up... I will
probably try to have everything by the Jan 6 round of the challenge...
I know that it is a little ways away, but I really don't have too much
money and it will take time to get everything...

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

Thank you very much...

Chris

You can do it all with dumbells and a bench. If you haven't done BFL before now, I would suggest you invest in the dumbells rather than the machine. It's a...

The supplement warehouse off of amsterdam in midtown is my favorite, very very good prices on most supplements. Certainly way below even the so called BFL...
