It is realistic. When I was in the 280 range, I would lose between 25 and
up to 40 lbs of fat in a 12 week challenge. The key is to hit the gym with
intensity and to follow the food plan laid out in the book.

Sarah thanks for your response...I guess that there is significant
number of poeple here in ATL participating in BFL. Even though
guestbook on BFL site has responses mostly from CA folks...Also, this
site is a phenomenal idea. What is everyone's goal here? I am 6'6"
and 276.5 lbs(a wekk ago)...I want to drop down to 245??? Realistic
or not???
