Have any of you heard of this company?

I am trying to find out more about a company in the UK that makes personal health records.  Its name is Medecard (www.medecard.com) and was apparently founded by a Mr. Michael Kendon, who is now wanting to sell the company.  (No, I am not interested in buying it!  I just want to learn more about their product.)  Here is a press release:
