Can any of you help me with some campaigning/legal advice -
specifically in relation to the Freedom of Information Act. The
Department of Health have today refused my request for publication of
the report into the NHSu on the grounds of public interest. The

Can anyone suggest the best wording or argument for a "request for
review" of this decision before I take it to the Information Commisioner?
