Invitation for Nomination of Candidates 2005

The UK Health Informatics Society invites Society members to nominate candidates
for the following positions on the Executive Committee:

· Vice-Chair
· Hon Treasurer
· 2 Ordinary Committee Members

These positions are initially for a period of three years, renewable by further
election at the Annual General Meeting of the Society.


Procedure for Nominations
Nominations should be sent to the Hon. Secretary, Sheila Price, at the address
given below, to be received before 10 January 2005.

Nominations may be self-made and need not be seconded.

In the event of the posts being contended, an election will take place at the
Annual General Meeting on Monday 17 January 2005 at 18.30
