With apologies for seeming self-promotion!
If interested in attending please reply to Prof. James.
Dear colleague,
I would like to invite you to our next event jointly organised by the
EMBS UKRI Chapter, the IEEE 1073 group and the related British Standards
Panel (IST35/4). This is an interesting talk followed by a
brainstorming/discussion session. The talk is entitled: "ISO/IEEE 11073
standards for point-of-care medical device communication: What are they?
What can they do for me?" and given by Melvin Reynolds of AMS
Consulting.
Attendance is free, but in order to get an idea of numbers for teas and
coffee it would be appreciated if you could email us to let us know you
are coming.
Special thanks go to the British Institute of Radiology for kindly
allowing us to use their lecture theatre and for the teas/coffees.
The full details are:
Venue: British Institute of Radiology, 36 Portland Place, London W1N 4AT
Date: 23rd June 2004
Time: 14:00-16:30
Website: http:/ewh.ieee.org/r8/ukri/embs
We look forward to meeting you, or interested colleagues, there and for
fruitful discussions to follow.
