CHIME will be hosting its third Open Evening on Thursday May
6th. The purpose of the event is to publicise our
graduate programmes in Health Informatics and Clinical Risk Management.
CHIME has been successfully running these two programmes since 1999 and
we are now inviting applications for the 2004 intake. At the Open Evening
all stakeholders and potential students will have the opportunity to find
out how the programmes are organised and taught. [The Health
Informatics graduate programme is modular, and is scheduled over 2-3 days
per month. The vast majority of our students are in full-time employment
in the NHS.]
This will be an informal event with food, drink, poster displays and
computer demonstrations. Students currently enrolled, as well as CHIME
staff and tutors, will be on hand to talk to visitors about the
programmes.
