hi Patti~~I've been on medicare since 89 but added a supplement with Physician's
Mutual (about 200$ a month.) It has been worth every penney as it paid 20% of
my bills since 89.

I just had my right leg braced as the fusion I had at 9 yrs. old wore out
(detached ) Did you have a triple arthidises (sp)when you were young? I had it
in both feet, but the left one still seems ok. I have spondylosis in my neck
and lower back and the pain is intense. Just got put on narcotic pain meds for
the first time. They don't even help that much. Only lying flat on my back
gives me relief.

I keep going and pushing tho. I turned 65 in August and refuse to give up yet
I also keep a sense of humor...but must admit I go on a pitty party now and
then.

I have no clue what all of you are going thru. My doctor told me to join this
support group....so here I am.

Would enjoy hearing about your case history, Patti. Would like to hear from
you other members, too.
