Hi, I taught 36 years of elementary school. I thas taken the first 3
years of retirement to finally forgive myself for retiring early. Now I am
on a road trip across the US and southern Canada.
I have sleep problems, and can't wake up on schedule, but m doing well on
this trip. I use lots of herbs, homeopathic remedies, and vitamins. I
have been drinking lots of water and eating mostly fruits and vegetables
on this trip. I am stil going after 3 weeks. 2 more weeks minimum before
I can get home again.
My acupuncturist keeps saying it is the sugar that makes us hurt. Can this
be true? I know all the polios are worn out with over doing. I waas so
lucky to get that SUPRAX! It really helped and I survived it by not taking
the full dose each time.
Some people think post polio simptoms are a form of envirnmental poisoning.
Try to find ways to get rid of our toxins!!! Water, water, water! Sharis

Gosh, this guy from Princeton who teaches my Sunday school class said the
other day that ALL of us are broken to some extent inside, and that some
admit it and others don't. I know what you mean by "payoff" though. I
keep wondering why I always thought if I struggled to the next level on and
on, that there would be this big prize at the end. (History teacher for 32
years). I'm thinking toward friends, a good spiritual life, and
appreciation of those days with less pain. And I'm a den mother of Cub
Scouts at 60 years old - so, maybe I'm crazy! God bless and keep you, Luis.
