Hi Patty, Have you tried Feldenkrais Therapy? It can help you move
more efficiently and effectively. It takes less energy and reduces my
pain. 'Polios' need to be taught the same technique at least 3 times,
where 'normal' people learn in just one session, but it is well worth the
time and money.
It is also non-labor intensive. Many of the sessions are quite passive,
where you just learn to feel differences that the therapist makes. It is
quite different from regular physical therapy, but it has made a
tremendous difference in my quality of life. Sharis
