have information for you. Just type in 'polio' or
'post-polio' in your Yahoo search and see what happens. The
key to the pain is to rest your body. You can't push
it like you used to. Pace yourself. And please
accept help from others if offered, and don't be afraid
to ask for help. Don't let your ego stand in the way
