As your belly grows and your body changes, you are changing biologically from a women to a mother. Now the many beliefs and ideas that you had in the past about birth don’t seem satisfying. You wonder, "Can birth be better? I am missing something that can lead me to a gentler and more satisfying birth experience?"

The answer is a resounding YES! Join us as we meet each month to share positive birth stories and to talk about empowered birth.

Let us explore together these truths and more:

* As a women, I am born with the power to give birth.
* Birth is an amazing journey.
* My body works!
* How I feel affects my body before and during birth, so I will honor my feelings to guide me to a better birth experience.
* I must take charge to create a safe and sacred space in which to birth.
* I am a consumer. I have the power to hire and fire. I choose my health care team.
