The Birmingham Weight Loss Surgery Support Group meets in Alabaster, Alabama -- just south of Birmingham. Meetings are held on the 3rd Saturday of each month from 1-4pm across the street from the hosptial at Sol Azteca Restaurant. All pre-ops, post-ops, and family members are welcome. This online group has been established to maintain support for WLS support group members between meetings, providing support by email communication throughout the rest of the month. NO FLAMING OR PERSONAL ATTACKS WILL BE TOLERATED.
