Thanks Maria, I got the page about the World Puja meditation--next

few days, doing an 'ah' to a frequency in 'e' range at 166.2 would

bring in transit Sun trine Jupiter and its benevolence--and even more

so if one tones that ah as a 'do' and another tones the 5th above it,

the 'so' Sun/Jupiter note.
