I do recall you talking about this, and you and I have had similar
research interests always and shared some projects, like sungazing. I also recall we
talked too about Harmonic Signatures and now I have much experience
about it and tell you we need to go up to 16khz, because I have seen
some persons rising harmonics further higher than the 11khz, that we
will now have with the BiosonicFFT.
We will get to that range and also 96khz or more 24bit in further
updates of the BiosonicFFT software.
I am renewed now, full of health, actually feeel younger, my voice
changed completely, my iris too, I had a transplant with 1 missmatch
and I have 100% chimerism of my donors blood, so my DNA has changed.
So now, I do hope I got my programmers back on the go to offer this FFT
to a larger public soon.

I attempted to work with SE when I was Research Director of an
NIH-funded CAM Center here at UVA (1995-1999). Our legal dept.

And those guys are not a jovial lot. Ridiculous is ridiculous. Sharry
once explained to me that her brain is organized to simply refuse
simple logic. That is one assertion of hers that truly had merit. This
is not to say she did not contribute a lot, just that she is off the
wall in her intellectual property claims.
I have done a good deal of FFT voice analysis with software designed
according to UVA engineering specs and written by Neuroscan. I recall a
conversation with Marysol many years ago in which I explained the
concept of the Fo or Fundamental Frequency. It is probable that she
does not recall this and that is not important. This concept goes back
at least to the fifties in the context of acoustic research in
psycholonguistics.
Marysol - I LOVE your art history. Thanks so much for taking the time
to share it with us. Your generosity of spirit is an inspiration, as
usual.
