Hello Willem,

I don't know what the word holophonically means, however I have produced 4
albums with singing crystal bowls. I record live with alot of bowls all
being played at one time. What my recording engineers and I have found best
is to suspend one or two very high quality omni-directional microphones over
the entire grouping. The last 2 times I had to use 3 microphones, as we were
so spread out and Amrita had her own area within the same room. I posted a
picture of the recording studio with microphones on Amazon, mainly because of
all the orbs which appeared. However you can see the mic set up.
