in the files page of the biosonic forum you can download the Nicotine Phi
spiral, this helps saturate Nicotine to help to diminish the tobacco smoking.
This file can be listened to in the morning and the afternoon, maybe its enough
for the whole day, it depends on each person.
This file is only the Phi spiral, the cd has it mixed with didgeridoo and
harmonica chants to make it more entretaining.
You just need to do the Yahoo id before you can access this file,,, let me know
if you have any problems.
