I had sent a few emails directly from your biosonic website contact
address. I am interested in buying your product, though I need to
know a few details before my final decision. I have received only 1
email regarding the prices (where it is not mentioned whether they
are inclusive of the postal charges). All my other queries are not
answered.

Can I expect a reply?

I would like to copy the last email message I sent, for your

Unless you answer my queries I cannot decide whether this software
will be of any use to me or not. (If not, I'll have to make some

I would appreciate an early reply as if I decide to buy, I will need
at least 1 months' time to make financial arrangements. I told you,
my relative is coming to India from Milano , Italy, by 3rd week of
June.

For your reference I'll repeat my qs. (and some imp. note)

1) What will be the total cost, including all costs + shipping, if
you have to send the following to Italy? And how long will it take?
Biosonic Pro + BioAudio + Nutritional Sounds

Also, if you send it to India what will be the total cost?

(One of my relatives stays in Italy and will be coming down to
India by June end. BTW, I stay in India, in Thane, a Mumbai suburb)

2) What is the frequency range of analysis? i.e. the lowest and the
highest frequencies it can analyze. I wish to analyze sounds of
musical instruments, also. ( like sitar, bansuri or the Indian
flute, shehnai and violin). Will it analyze all the frequencies?

3) Is the software self-guided and self explanatory? If, I come
across some difficulty after buying it, what can be done?

4) Is there anyone from India, specially Mumbai, who has the
software? In that case, I can visit to get a demo.

5) What happens if I don't enter date of birth? Will the voice or
sound be still analyzed? How?

6) Is this software approved for research purpose? (I told you, I
want to use it for research)

7) Do you give guarantee to this software?

I am doing a Ph.D on 'Yoga and Music', and also would like to do
some research on raaga therapy, (related to Indian music). I would
like to use the software for these research studies and not for
earning purpose. Though the cost in Euros sounds less, its
conversion in rupees (multiplied by 52) becomes very very costly.
So, is it possible to give a considerable discount? You can go
