Thankyou all for the advise on supplements. i can write about these and create
phi spiral for those too, the cd can fit much info...
i will let everyone know when the cd is ready, so far eduard the programmer has
to try it, stop smoking to believe it. as i already told you i have to convince
him before he goes ahead with anything. makes things slower. but i am sure that
it will work for him too. well, i do not know how ready he is stop smoking now,
