SCULPTURE HOUSE TEMPLE OF LOVE 'ahabah
>
> This HOUSE was created by an overwhelming feeling of LOVE, this feeling at
> times is immensely creative and other times could become destructive.
> It was conceived at the time both participants where struggling with life
> and death. One with an illness of cancer and the other suffering from the
> death of her son. This moment in their life's expresses the need of
> transformation of the relationship to a new rebirth.
> As we approach the house from the south beachside we can see its placement
> in the mountain peak as a breast from mother Earth with the dome showing in
> the top as the nipple, representing the enormous power of sharing and giving
> by both persons, done in different manner by each one. As you see it from
> the mountain sunset side we can see the whole house is in the shape of a
> heart that embraces de mountain top, it could also be a crab.
> A semi rounded wall with 13 window holes representing the 13 moons in a
> year reminder of the need of calendar change to the 13 moons of 28 days.
> This wall embraces the small peak of the mountain top.
> This wall coming out from the kitchen and bedroom in the East
> sea side belonging to the Cancer zodiac person, demonstrates the need to be
> free and fly to visit her family, as well as the loving nurturing nature
> gathering around the need for food and nurturing, represented in the
> kitchen. The need to fly is shown in the shape of these windows from the
> centre 7th extending in both sides going up as wings of a bird.
> On the other side we see another wall with the shape of a triangular sail
> sliding down and penetrating the earth in the mountain side, this one comes
> out from the bedroom terrace from the Capricorn person. It has another 13
> windows growing smaller as they go down into the Earth, this expresses the
> need for flowing, and let go of emotions by sailing through life's traumas,
> at the same time of grounding, security and the firm decision to need a
> home and live in this house for this person.
> The Cancer person in the sea side has a lite, flowing and embracing nature,
> the other Capricorn person has a penetrating and perseverant nature.
>
> The whole house has 28 windows and doors, representing the 28 days women moon
cycle.
> Around each window we have a border in the shape of a T, it gives the whole
> structure a flavour of a Mayan Temple similar to the T shaped windows in
> Palenque. These T shape windows are interdimensional portals that
> facilitate entering and connecting with other coexisting dimensions. It
> symbolizes the inside outside realities, coming inside is more than a
> protection from nature's elements. It also facilitates the casing of the
> shades that enclose the protection from the wind and cold and helps the
> changes of light and protection from the blazing sun of the summer.
> Sitting inside in the living room under the dome we look out towards the
> sea and beautiful rock landscape as we see it appearing beyond the sky
> and clouds, this give us the feeling to be in heaven. An effect that occurs
> due to a mirror of still water pond in the terrace, in the shape of a tree
> leaf. When the water overflows it falls by a cascade and waters the plants
> of the garden with this solarized water.
>
> Four windows in the south side of the dome have prisms that create rainbow
> spectrals projected to the dome and walls as a sundial. At certain times a
> few rainbows cross over each other fusing and creating other colors, these
> effects will tell time, symbolizing we are inside a space belonging to
> cosmic time. TIME IS ART, TIME IS NOT MONEY. As one sits or lies down in the
> sofa can receive at certain times of the day a rainbow color therapy from
> the sun, opening ones consciousness. A fifth window in the east side only
> opens to a chamber between the dome and the chimney, where some tubes
> whistle and sound with the wind and resonates throughout the whole house
> enhanced by the dome. This organ pipes as didgiridoo´s give voice to the
> wind and at times we hear voices from heaven. This temple dome becomes a
> portal of interconnectedness with a higher vibrational nature, sitting in
> the centre of the room we see the sea on one side and the mountains via the
> arched window doors in the other back side.
>
> Outside in the open garden a large pole produces its shadow over pieces of
> marble in the shape of numbers, creating a large Sundial. In the inside the
> Sun reveals time via rainbows, in the outside it reveals time via shadows.
> As one looks out of the kitchen a large rock with the shape of a bear with a
> crystal in its hand offered to a few rock Stupas, becomes the spirit
> guardian of the East. By the entrance of the house and garden on the West
> side a mother bear and a small baby bear shaped rocks welcome all visitors.
> A few other large rocks with shapes of animals welcome everyone as they
> drive up to the temple house, first you encounter the Lion, guardian of
> the North. This rock also looks like a Mayan Indian face with large head
> piece. Later you see a large rock in the shape of an Eagle with open wings
> as protector guardian of the West. Next to this rock and on the other side
> of the road a rock with shape of a Heart is the guardian from the South.
> The South mountain side has a number of trees with beautiful flowers. Six
> Celtis love trees flower with little red pink heart flowers, these trees
> are set as 3 going up and 3 going down. When these flowers become heart
> shape leaves, the 6 Jacarandas flower into violet twinkles, also another
> single tree flowers with delicate red feather like flowers set in between
> these and the others. All the trees and flowers give shape to a colored
> painted mountain.
