In the ABPA Member’s Forum several months ago, there was a suggested design for fuel saver which was guaranteed to provide 114 miles per gallon. It took almost an hour to download (which I did not do).

Can anyone help with securing this valuable information? It seemed pretty authentic that it WOULD genuinely save that much fuel!

PLEASE give this a serious thought and try and trace the article
