Having problems with message search?
When you receive the ABPA they usually
send you a very nice set of instructions.
Try this site for a wealth of information
about removing negative energies.
I have found the aurometer or pendulum
will get rid of negative energies but it doesn’t last all that
long. Some of the techniques listed on the following site should be more
permanent although I am just beginning to explore them.

the use of the APBA2 unit can be used to effect this
