A new spreadsheet is available for frequency derivation. This includes
a set of instructions. It is only 22kb to download! Meaning just a few
seconds of download time! Only available in Microsoft Excel Format.

Should also open in Microsoft Works which is a standard item on most
computers. The file has a built in macro. After downloading and
opening, just press Control D. The macro will generate the spread
sheet of almost 8mb . It has some great new features making it very
