Bikeway and Trails Master

Plan PUBLIC WORKSHOP #1

The Town of Loomis has embarked on an update of the Town’s

Bike Way Master Plan, and the preparation of a Trails Master

Plan. In order to respond to the community’s needs and

concerns, the Town of Loomis will be conducting a series of

Public Workshops aimed at soliciting input from the community.

The first workshop will review existing conditions, and Town

Goals regarding Bikeways and Trails. Your input is invaluable to

the process. We look forward to seeing you there.

Importance of the Master Plans

♦ A Bikeway Master Plan is needed in

order to be eligible for specific State

funding opportunities.

♦ The Master Plans will provide guidance

toward determining funding priorities

associated with Bikeways and Trails.

♦ The Master Plans can identify policies

and standards for bike ways and trails

The Work Shop will be held at the Town of Loomis

Depot, 5775 Horseshoe Bar Road , located at the west end

of Horseshoe Bar Road at the railroad tracks. For more information
