Al, your son has my thought, for it would be hard to feel safe after such a
moment, and not just biking. I now count myself very lucky that I have not had
an encounter that could even compare to this, but I still get angry at the lack
of understanding that comes from some people. The comments on these types of
news articles (though I do not know why I put myself through the pain of reading
them) alway point to the some people's attitudes the we do not belong. For
anyone else who may feel the same, I offer this.
