I've always ridden through the underpass and not had any problems with vehicles
or law
enforcement. It will be nice to have a sign posted that alerts vehicles to our
presence.

Washington Blvd underpass is not for the inexperienced nor timid cyclist. I certainly wouldn't go in there without highly visible rear lighting and contrasting...

Actually, be surprised if you get honked at. I have been using the underpass a few times (it wasn't a frequent route for me, so hard to judge - maybe 25 to 30...
