Here's an update from the City of Roseville for those trying to trigger the traffic signal at northbound Foothills Blvd at Blue Oaks.
City of Roseville Traffic Signal Technicians went out and checked the loop on northbound Foothills at Blue Oaks. They found that it was operating correctly. However, they increased the sensitivity of the loop and marked the location where the bicyclist needs to stop in order to trip the signal. The loops do not lock the call, so the rider will need to stay exactly on the “B” until the signal provides a green light.
