Wanted to update you all on the latest and greatest with Biggest
Loser.
First off the results from last nights weigh-in.
Red team 32.2 lbs, 1.08%
Blue team 29.6 lbs, .91%
That brings our total to: 638.9 lbs total! Congrats!!
Annoucements:

2) Please be logging your miles that you are walking, running,
riding,
etc for the Move a Million Miles for Ryan Hall campaign! More info

a part of the major campaign to make this happen and we need your
help!
Not only do we need you to be logging your miles, we need you to
spread
the word to your family, friends, co-workers, etc. By just getting
yourself and one other person to be logging miles WILL make a
difference! Ask us if you have any questions!
3) We are also doing a really cool series of events called The Seven
Summits of Big Bear. Check it out at

4) We will be doing 1 on 1 meetings again during this last 3 weeks.
