I thought I would post this for those of you who don't get Nicole

Weeks' newsletter via e-mail. Most of you have probably seen Nicole

post on here and watched her progress over the years. She has done

such and incredible job, it is just amazing.



Please help me in congratulating her on her 1st place win at the NGA

World Bodybuilding & Figure Championships!

   And I'm doing it again this Saturday, Oct. 27th, in Washington DC at the OCB

Yorton Cup. In the drug-tested pro figure division, at the Bowie Performing Arts

Center in Bowie, MD. Pre-judging starts at 10am and evening show at 5pm. All the

pros will be awarded at the end of the night, so if you are late that's okay.

   And then my last show of the year is next Saturday, Nov. 3rd, in Stafford, TX,

just outside of Houston, for the NGA Natural NIght of Champions. Drug-tested pro

   Yes, I've come a long way since Body for Life. Day 1 was Aug. 14th, 1999 and

I've never looked back! If I can do it, anyone can do it!

Well we can add one more win to this string as I came out of Houston, Texas with

a second NGA pro figure win at the Natural Night of Champions. What a great show

with many new figure competitors, therefore a bunch of new friends. Just an

awesome group of gals when you compete in the naturals, no doubt about it.
