Hi Everyone,

It's been a couple of years since I've been on here discussing the
BFL Coach site with you all. Since then the site has seen
tremendous growth and gone through many changes, you wouldn't even
recognize it now.

Starting this year we are offering a totally free newsletter, "BFL
Coach Tips and Tricks".

My experience with Body-for-Life dates back to the turn of the
century, and I've learned a lot from running BFL Coach and the BFL
Buddy Boards over the years. I think everyone on the Body-for-Life
program, regardless of experience level, will find something of
benefit in "BFL Coach Tips and Tricks".

It is sent via email every 3 or 4 days. My hope is that by spreading
the information out over time it will help you stay focused as you
progress with the program. If after awhile you decide it is not for
you, not to worry, unsubscribing is made easy via a simple link at
the bottom of all the Issues.

The first issue starts you off by reviewing and adding new
perspectives on losing weight with the Body-for-Life Diet.

Later issues cover topics like:

* Strategies for achieving long term success with Body-for-Life

* The most powerful motivator in the universe, and how you can
harness it to achieve your Body-for-Life goals.

* Do you need to take supplements when on the Body-for-Life Program?

* The perils of the "12 week program".

* The most overlooked strategy for continued gains with Body-for-
Life.

To sign up for the free newsletter visit us at:

http://www.BodyForLifeCoach.com

A little window will slidein after 5 seconds asking you to enter
your name and email address.

Enjoy.

Just a quick note to thank everyone for your support of our new Body-
for-Life Tips and Tricks newsletter. Since posting the original
note hundreds of people have dropped by to sign up.

A lot of effort went into creating a newsletter that will inform and
inspire you as you progress with the program, right down to
a "Special Issue" that arrives 12 weeks after you signup to
congratulate you on finishing the challenge, and of course
encouraging you to begin setting new goals for your next challenge
right away!

The newsletter is free, if you haven't signed up yet you can do so
here: http://www.BodyForLifeCoach.com Just wait for the little
window to slide in 5 seconds after you get there.

Enjoy.
